Lazaro Perez is one of the premier designers in North America, with collections found all over the world. Lauded for his stunning embroidery and bold silhouettes, this multi-award-winning artist has appeared on such popular television shows as Say Yes to the Dress and Girl Meets Gown, offering his fashion expertise to hopeful brides in some of North America’s greatest cities.
Shortly after graduating from Ray College of Design in the Illinois Institute of Art, Lazaro won Best New Bridal Design, sweeping all three categories: bridal, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride. He went on to work with several other major designers such as Richard Glasgow and the famous bridal house of Galina-Bouquet. In 1994, he was recruited as a designer for the JLM Couture group, where he flourished and began to produce multiple collections. Lazaro is known for his personal touch, often traveling to many of his own trunk shows to share ideas with brides and assist them in finding the gown that is right for them. The height of glamour and couture, his richly embellished designs are some of the most coveted in all of bridal fashion.
